You can also reserve A BREATH OF FRESH AIRE next door for a family reunion or a meet-up with friends and have a total of 6 bedrooms. Great week--the location was ideal, the property was very clean and perfect for our needs. We loved being directly on the beach--and have an access road off of the main highway was very nice too.

Our stay at the Breath of Fresh Air was just like it sounds. We couldn't be happier with our stay. I'm sure we'll be back again. A great time had by all. It was nice to have some great neighbors the week we spent there.

Property was exactly as pictured, step off the deck and you are on the beach! Very well equipped and setup well for views of the ocean from the dining area, living room and master bedroom. Outdoor chairs were tall and great for viewing the ocean from the deck. Location was close to some great local restaurants. Brought our dog with us and the unit was super pet friendly. We really enjoyed our stay!

Would definitely stay here again. Steps from the beach, perfect deck seating, plenty of seating on inside, house was very clean and great communication with the owners.

Great spot on the beach. Nice property and everything worked. Had plenty of towels, pillows and sheets. The only negatives were there were no hot pads/mittens for taking things out of the oven and the upstairs carpet should be replaced with vinyl as pets and wear & tear is obvious.

Steve does a great job with this house. It was clean and had everything we needed. Three new restaurants we went to this year; Marina Joe's was excellent. Cape Fear Seafood Co and Rick's Sports Bar very good. Daily Grind is so good for coffee. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you.

Great stay! This unit had everything we needed – comfortable beds, a washer and dryer that worked perfectly, and plenty of towels for everyone. Check-in and check-out were both easy and stress-free. The unit was nice and quiet, we never heard our neighbors. Mornings on the deck with a cup of coffee watching the water were a highlight, and we even spotted dolphins while swimming one day. The location is right near public beach access, so Friday through Sunday you'll have more foot traffic and people setting up nearby, but it wasn't an issue. The host even checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was going well. We'd definitely stay here again.

What an amazing view and location. The property was perfect for our family of four. You can watch the ocean laying in the king bed and the kids bunk room had an equal view… The only things you need to bring is your food and beach stuff, the house has everything else!
